These terms govern use of the MHA Motors website, vehicle enquiry tools, Home Viewing requests and related website features. They should be read together with any separate terms that apply to a vehicle purchase or other transaction.
1. Website and dealership role
The public MHA Motors website presents MHA Motors vehicle stock and related services. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, vehicle enquiries and Home Viewing requests made through this website are directed to MHA Motors.
2. Vehicle information
We aim to keep vehicle listings useful and current. Buyers should confirm any information that is material to their decision, including availability, specification, mileage, condition and documentation, before completing a purchase.
3. Home Viewing
Submitting a Home Viewing request does not by itself reserve a vehicle or guarantee an appointment. A requested slot becomes an appointment only when MHA Motors confirms it. Available cities, fees and practical arrangements may vary.
4. Enquiries and callbacks
When you submit an enquiry or callback request, you authorise MHA Motors to use the contact details you provided to respond to that request.
5. Reviews
Reviews should describe genuine experiences. Fabricated, abusive, unlawful, promotional or irrelevant submissions may be rejected or removed. MHA Motors may publish a separate response without changing the customer’s original review.
6. Accounts
Staff and authorised users must keep login credentials secure and use account functions only with proper authority. Public visitors do not need an account to browse vehicles or submit the standard Home Viewing and enquiry forms.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security or availability, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the website to facilitate fraud.
- Do not harvest personal information or misuse website content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Third-party services and links
